7/13/16 Brewday, accidentaly subbed pale for Marris Otter. doughed in 165.9 (.2) hit 151 (+1) left it. Lid closed 5:28. pH at ten minutes 5.36. Boil hit 7:00, og 1.062, pitched 20 grams us-05 not rehydrated. Dryhopped loose with D-rest (two days) cold crash, 4 days. Kegged August 4, FG 1.014 ABV 6.3
