Brewday 6/28/16 Mashed in 73.5 (+1.2) hit 155.5 (-2.5). Left it. a tiny bit too much volume. Lid closed at 9:49. measure mash pH late. luckily it was at 5.35. preboil vol 8.8 gal (weird), gravity 1.081, extended the boil to a couple of hours.
