Brewday 6/28/16 Doughed in 166.5 (+10 hit 149.7 (-.3), lid closed 7:05, pH at 20 minutes is 5.41. Pre boil pH 5.35, added 2 ml of acid (i want a lighter colored beer) new pH 5.15. Great boil. 10 minute whirlppol, in 20 minutes the temo down to 102, with ice (6 bottles 5 bags) down to 67, smooth thorough transfer.
7/7 drest at 72
