Brewday 6/27/16 Switched to RO, used nacl targets were Na/So/Cl 75/70/110 Doughed in 164.3 (+1) had some water than didn't fit (1-2 lliters), hit 151.5, lid closed 5:55 mash pH 5.28 Boil pHws 5.28 added 3ml acid brought ot 5:06, want to cut down malliards. preboil og 1.057. Boil began 8:32 and ended 9:40 (8 minutes extra pre hops). Floc with 14 minute addition. recirc began with the 6 minute addition. Started chilling with tap wate after a 4 minute whirlpool. Temp att the chiller a steady 84.7, temp after 10 minutes 179, 7/7 drest at 72 7/11 kegged with no crash. gravity 1.013
