still working on this
3rd time I think its better than anything you can buy
rounded up everything grain to even numbers
did a step mash in my BIAB
1.072 OG
used A38 yeast at 64 for 2 days then stepped up a deg each day.
needed a blow off tube
dry hoped on day 5 for 2 days
cold crashed for 2 days at 34 after that. racked into a co2 filled keg
purged it 5 times
Condition for a a week then its amazing
