Stuck mash for 2.5 hours, retrieved 8.5 gallons out of “simmer” - no boil. Added enough juniper to make about 3 inch layer of branches and berries on 15 gallon Blichmann false bottom; had to dig out the grain to release wortThis Recipe Has Not Been Rated
