Substitutions: 1oz Vanguard - sub 1oz German Hersbrucker 1oz New Zealand Pacifica - sub Hallertau Brew Day: Mash temp went to 168.0F, need to set lower mash temp for burner to stay in control. Went into fermenter at 97.0F
