Notes
Edited recipe. Switched profile from “Pot (5 gal)” to “Pot (3 gal) Extract.” Consequently gravity and bitterness dropped substantially. Must adjust with more hops and malt.

Kegged. Letting condition in keg as secondary. Should have put in secondary long ago. Captured yeast to reuse. This will be my Pennsic beer keg for 2016. Also bringing a raspberry cider.This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
