Notes

Edited recipe. Switched profile from “Pot (5 gal)” to “Pot (3 gal) Extract.” Consequently gravity and bitterness dropped substantially. Must adjust with more hops and malt. 5/14/2016 Brew day! 6/10? SG 1.006 Kegged. Letting condition in keg as secondary. Should have put in secondary long ago. Captured yeast to reuse. This will be my Pennsic beer keg for 2016. Also bringing a raspberry cider.
