Notes

Mash in: 148 F Mash out: 168 F Sanitize hands, bowl, cutting board, and zester with Star San. Zest three grapefruits while avoiding any pith. Place in hop bag and add bag to secondary 48 hours before kegging. Cold crash in secondary for 3-5 days to drop out yeast.
