Taste Notes
5/12/12 - was overcarbonated after only 7 days in bottle
5/15/12 - chilled for one day. Thought it was between skunky and just hoppy. Got better as you drank it. smells like a rye IPA.Notes
Forgot to get FG. Also, had forgotten to throw in whirfloc at 15 minutes. Put into the fermenter.
