Taste Notes

5/12/12 - was overcarbonated after only 7 days in bottle 5/15/12 - chilled for one day. Thought it was between skunky and just hoppy. Got better as you drank it. smells like a rye IPA.

Notes

Forgot to get FG. Also, had forgotten to throw in whirfloc at 15 minutes. Put into the fermenter. Days in primary - 5 4/27/12 - put into secondary 5/5/12 - bottled after 8 days
