Notes

Recipe should be Amarillo hops not centennial. Not willing to pay $8 for 2 oz of Amarillo though. Recipe was supposed to be pilsner malt instead of pale 2 row. I need to learn to read better. Oops Mashed with 75c water. Mash temp started at 69c, ended at 68c. OG 1.053
