Går for OG 1030 Blir mesket i ca 80min på 66c. Blir brukt gjær og enzym som fulgte med i øl kit. Bruker kun brunt sukker som tilsetning her + en god del mer spesialmalt og humle. Skal bli ca 35 kalorier per 1dl (2,2% karb) Smak skal bli litt fruktig,veldig frisk, ellers helt perfekt på balanse bitterhet/smak/aroma.
