Brewday (#2 for day) 6/26/29, Dough in 163.5 (+1.2) hot 149.5 (+1.5) left it. Lid closed 8:20., restrained acid addition to 2.8 (-.7) hit 5.41. 6.5 gallons preboil vol. peboil og 1.045, pH 5.52 7/7 drest at 72 7/11 kegged with no crash. forgot to take gravity.
