Brewday 6/26/16 first double brewday with new coldside system. this batch is one of two of the same. the goal is to side by side 04 and 05. batch # 1 dough in 160.4 (+1.3), transfer was open air than dump - no hose, Hit 148.1 (+.1) mixed with paddle then new whisk. lid closed 6:13, ph after 10 minutes 5.14. left it (estimation was 5.06 to adjust for missing the number, after calibration i am overshooting). Hit boil 8:19 preboil og 1.047 pH 5.24. Brewday 6/27/16 th s-04 batch. Dough in at 8:10. forgot to measure ph. 161.4 (+2.3) hit 149 (+1) mash extended to 9:40 7/7 drest both batches to 72 7/11 kegged both. no crashe. only 40% of second keg on 04. 05-1.012, 04-1.013
