Measured FG at 1.026
due to mash being low 148°F, the batch was screwed up from the beginning with low efficiency, missed numbers, poor scale conversion. Must reattempt
DRYHOP
added coconut, 15 oz per carboy after one week, no noticeable difference
afterwards Added 30 oz additional to each carboy (toasted) one day later, huge difference, time to keg!
