Brew day 6/16/16, Yellow full Dough in at 168.7 (+3) hit 149.5 (-.5). Lid closed 9:43. Not using the sansons plantarum because the CRC hasn't responded yet about whether their permitting pill probiotics without a hechsher applies even not for refuah and drerech achila. Bought new ones (Supherb Bio 55 LR with an eida hashgacha). Mash pH at 30 min in was 6.1! added 3 ml of Phos. brought to pH5.25. added 3 extra ml to sparge. 7 gal preboil. brought to 180 with IC for 20 min, chilled to 100, pH5.56 brought to 4.57 with 4 ml of phos. Pitched three capsules proB (just insides) left covered.This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
