Notes

Dobbelmesking; først ca. 13 kg i 45 min @ 66 C. Deretter ca. 7,5 kg ny malt og 2 kg fra forrige trinn i 45 min @ 63 C. OG; husker ikke nøyaktig måling av OG, men mener denne var rett over 1,090. Etter 20 timer var den 1,068. 7,2 Brix. 1,068 OG var målt ca 18 timer etter brygging.
