Notes

Yeast attenuation set to give about 82/83% AA which should be right for WLP090 at 66C. Modified from the DBC Tank Recipe (1.010) to slighty drier Cat's Arse finish (1.008), and using WLP090 yeast. 291ml yeast required Mr Tasty Profile
