Taste Notes

12/22/2016 1.026 Observed Aroma smells just like the spicy hops I have. Not that great actually. Taste is nice and dry, easy drinking. There might be a little astringency in it now. 12/6/2016 1.055 Ended up about .6 gallons short. Even with the top off, I improved from 68 to 74% effecency. 20 minute hop steep/whirlpool @ around 155F - 170F. 9/25/2016 Observed 1.025 Aroma is a little malty with spicy hop aromas Flavor is fucking amazing. Acidity is higher than the last one, but I had some top off. Melony, citrusy, and almost wine-ish. ---------------------------------------------------- 68% to 72% effecency 6/4/16 Transfer to Secondary Body is definitly a little more medium. Fruity (tangerine) and some floral aromas. Really light and good. Great summer beer. 6/16/16 Added dry hops 6/23/16 Kegged. No change in gravity, good. 1.006 (1.024 observed) Aroma is fruity, like sweet melons or really tame oranges. Taste is very light, refreshing, and pale. Very good. Very welcoming. Not sweet, not dry. Light beer peeps are going to dig it.
