Idag, 04.06: Ølen er uklar, med ganske kraftig fruktsmak. Bruser litt mye, ok skum, ganske god, litt mye alkohol tror jeg.

Notes

Ikke ferdig enda. Det er vel sånn belgisk øl skal smake. Med annen gjær hadde dette vært ett knall-øl.
