04/24/16 Mash temp - 151F Mash pH - 5.3 First runnings _ gal Pre-Boil gravity - 10.5 brix, 1.041 Post-Boil gravity - 12.5 brix, 1.049 Notes: re-circulated the sparge water through the mash tun 5x times to thoroughly rinse the grains. Looking to see if it has any affect on hitting the expected pre-boil gravity. Still missed the target SG by .004. I should adjust my efficieny to cover those points.
