Notes
Slightly under-pitched (one package of WLP500 in one carboy and one package WLP575 in the other). Shook carboys vigorously for about 5 minutes to aerate.
Move to room temp once a solid krausen has formed and let temp free rise.
OG = 1.047 before adding sugar. Boil syrup with water, cool, and add to primary as fermentation starts to slow down.This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
