Brewed 12 Aug 2012 at the Annual Oak Harbor Pig Roast and Homebrew Competition. Brewed in front of Whidbey Island Homebrew Supply.
Racked to secondary 06 Oct 2012.
Third rack 12 Nov 2012. SG 1.00 ABV 12.31
Placed in freezer at 34 degrees.

Kegged 23 Dec 2012 FG 1.00 ABV 12.31
Good taste. Will need to sit for several months for conditioning.
