Taste Notes
Way too much raspberry aroma. Flavor was a bit less, but seemed too much. Suspect that honey brought out the aroma.Notes
Add 1 cup honey with 2.5 minutes left in boil. Cooled to 85 degrees before transfering to primary fermenter. Add raspberry extract to bottom of keg prior to transfer.
My first "fruit" beer attempt
by newtNot a bad start, but WAAYYY too much raspberry. Literally made the basement smell like a raspberry freshener whenever I pulled the keg tap to fill a glass. The ladies seemed to like it, but way to fruity for me.
