tapped Feb 3, 2013 very yellow, taste no bitterness with a little kick
nice intial head settles quickly Notes
Made 2 liter starter 200 grams Golden lite DME 2000ml
144 degrees at dough in for 18 minutes
then add 1/2 gallon 160 and stired took off to 155 then slow it down add ice cuubes
recirculate at 150 -148 45 mins then ramped up last 15 minutes of mash
wortchiller 212 to 58 degress in 17 minutes
pitched at 56 og 1.52
fermented 10days at 52
D Rest 3 days at 62
kegged 1st dday 62
then dropped to 58
first simple pils
