Notes

2 tsp CaCl, 1/2 tsp Epsom salt. 1.06 og. Took 26 hours to cool down to 50. Pitched yeast and maintained @ 48. Fermented in fridge until 09.04.15. D-rest at 72 degrees for 5days, then moved fermenter to cold fridge on 09.09.15. FG=1.009. Best Oktoberfest yet. Perhaps make it slightly maltier next time, but near perfect.
