http://www.homebrewtalk.com/showthread.php?t=277213 Modified from thread to reduce hop bill. With ~60% efficiency on my brew rig, achieved OG=1.068. Lid blew off primary ... Should have used blow off tube. Transfer to secondary: 1.028 FG=1.024 Got wild yeast in the batch, resulting in a sour taste. Otherwise, too much chocolate flavor. Aged well at 5 months. Chocolate faded, sour faded. Adjusted grain to match 7.8 abv
