1.00 oz Mosaic [11.5%] - Dry Hop 3 days Hops 8

Notes

May have used to much hops compared to last time since this is a full-volume boil. Scaling suggested 1/3 oz. additions and we did 2/3 oz. OG 1.059 Starting temp 82 degrees. Next day around 76 or 78. Attempted to keep cool by opening window and adding ice packs wedged along side. Finally cooled to 68-70 by wrapping in wet t-shirt and running fan on it. Worked rapidly.
