Notes

This was too much liquid for my pot. At least a quart spilled out, slowly and without me noticing, onto the stove top and made a bit of a mess. I ended up with 3.75 gallons of liquid after the mash. The gravity reading was good though, so SG still worked out, just less into the fermenter.
