Yeast: Batch #1 - Conan - Gen 2 - Fresh culture fom two cans of Heady Topper Batch #2 - Wyeast 1272 - Ale II - Gen 2 - 5/12/2015 - 2/18/16 - Racked to secondary - Batch #1 with the Conan yeast was a lot darker than Batch #2 with the Ale II. - 2/26/16 - Dry hopped with 2 oz of Galaxy hops in each secondary. - 3/7/16 - Bottled both batches.
