toasty.biscuty nex t time mash at a higher temp for more body.

Notes

added 1 extra gallon of 158 degree water to mash, mash seemed to thick possibly due to large tun bottom and small grsit bill bumped mash to 156 with 20 min left, read hydrometer from last batch 0012 Hefe FG 1.010. dropped 1 point lower than desired. accidently ran 3 gallons wort from mash tun within 5-10 minutes. sparge was about 75 min. 14 gallons in boil kettle
