Notes

Add O2 to wort prior to adding yeast and once again about 12 hours later. Grain fit with the listed recipie. With 1.5 gals of space left. Tight but it made it. Mash started at 0950 at 149 F -letting it sit for 20 mins before starting recirc. -Problems holding tempature, constant variance of 2-3 degrees. 149-152. -Mashing out with 160 F plus water. Maybe to hot...... -Actual pre boil volume is 22 gals -Boil started at 0134 p.m. -Estimeted boil length of 2.5 hours. -Strarting gravity tbd, over 1.070. Dave to measure.
