Great Christmas Beer
by mattdiazWe took this recipe, converted this recipe into Partial-mash, changed out the yeast (SF Lager yeast) and added the orange peel in the 2ndary. This beer is a fantastic Christmas beer! We bottled up some to save for this year!! Oh, and we called it California Common Christmas Ale.
This is a Christmas beer, which makes most of us moan thinking over spiced shit. This beer does NOT suck though, brew it and you will be rewarded!
