Ingredients
Amount Name Type #
4 lbs Pilsen Malt 2-Row (Briess) (1.0 SRM) Grain 1
3 lbs 8.00 oz Wheat - White Malt (Briess) (2.3 SRM) Grain 2
1.00 oz Saaz (Leaf) [4.0%] - Mash Hop Hops 3
1.0 pkgs SafAle English Ale (DCL/Fermentis #S-04) Yeast 4
1.0 pkgs Lactobacillus Bacteria (White Labs #WLP677) Yeast 5

Notes

Pitch Lactobacillus Delbruckei and will wait 72 hours to let that take hold, then I'll pitch 1 packet of S-04. 10/01/11 - Nice and slightly tart/sour, very crisp and refreshing out of the fermenter. I think I'll bottle tonight or tomorrow and let it develop in the bottles from here on out. 10/08/11 - Bottled!
