No O2, no aeration, but there should be more than enough yeast to do the job. Chilled to 53F because I was socializing and not paying attention to brewing. Maybe group brewdays should be during the day? Kegged 01/25/12 - Tastes pretty damn good!This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
