Taste Notes
After cabonation, the beer is lighter on flavor and body, has a warmth that s easily precieved by both taste and smell, and I feel it was not worth the wait. Possibly pulling the beer off the trub a month earlier, or having the carboy in a temp controlled environment would have made the brew more palletable.
Sanitation and preservation was spot on. Notes
Pulled 1 gal from the V2 batch and put it in a very full one gallon carboy and let it sit from 6-13-16 to 8-22-16.This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
