Notes

Boiled 75 minutes rather than 60 and efficiency was slightly higher when comparted to first batch; pitched 1.5 L in both 5.5 gallon fermenter, rather than a single vial. Fermented down to 1.010 in 6 days, began cold crashing. Intend to keg/carb in 6 days.
