Notes

BREWING LEVEL: INTERMEDIATE (All Grain) Water adjustments should only be made if base water profile is known. Water Profile (Black Malty on Bru'n Water): Ca - 60ppm Mg - 5ppm Na - 20ppm SO4 - 29ppm Cl - 41ppm BiCarb - 155ppm SO4/Cl Ratio = 0.7 Ferment in Primary at 65-68F for 10 days or until all noticieable airlock activity has stopped. Gently rack to Secondary - if recipe calls for it, add Dry Hops or other flavorings (fruit, etc.) at this time and leave for 4-5 at 65-68F to complete Diacetyl Rest. After Secondary conditioning complete, bottle or keg - if using Priming Sugar, store at room temperature for 14 days to allow for proper carbonation, then enjoy your beer! Dry Yeast Substitute - Safale S-04
