Taste Notes

Poprilično gorko pivo. Nako 3 dana karbonizacije stvara se CO2. Početak pjene. Pivo je mutno. Sediment na dnu boce. Okus je pun i gorčina je dobra. Aftertaste je vodenast i vrlo malo arome hmelja ostaje.

Notes

Niksa je zapalio wort chiller! A on kaže: "Ko radi taj i griješi." Kuhanje je bilo na laganom vrenju zbog lošeg plamena iz plamenika. Primarna fermentacija trajala 15 dana na temperaturi od 11-13C. Flaširano 18.03.2016
