Notes

Water profile So 21ppm, Cl 80ppm tap Strike CaCl .94gr, Phos. 3.79 ml. Sparge CaCl 2.13, Phos. 4.18 After sparge, pasteurize, acidify to 4.1, pitch transfer to coolers, pitch lacto and co2 blanket. After 2 days, pasteurize and pitch yeast.
