yellow dry So 105 Cl 50 tap Strike CaSo 3.89 gr, Phos. 3.62 ml Sparge CaSo 5.29 gr, Phos. 4.3 ml Dough in 165.9 (exact) hit 154.6 stirred more closed at 153.7, at 12:49 pH drawn at 1:11 (22min in) , 5.65!, added 3ml phos. at 1:19, pH 5.28 messed this one up good an proper. messed up sparge vol. forgot to acidify sparge water or add salts. added both to kettle. piecemeal got up to 14 gal. preboil 1.053. Boil begins 3:00.
