Yellow Dry So 105 ppm, Cl 50 ppm Tap Strike CaSo 4.19 gr., Phos. 5.56 ml., Sparge CaSo 5.33 gr., Phos. 4.33 ml., Mash in 165.9 (+3.5) hit 147.9, left it, lid closed 6:37 am ph drawn at 6:50, 5.61, added 2ml of phos. acid 88% and drew sample at 7:03, pH 5.25 extended mash to stagger brews. 105 min total mas time. Preboil sg 1.06 Boil begins 10:30am OG 1.067
