Taste Notes

This tastes nice as of 11/18. Very good beer. You can taste the malt and some of the mosaic profile. Maybe boil the mosaic just a bit more next time.

9/26 - kegged 9/18 - dry hopped with 2 oz mosaic, 2 oz simcoe JohnnyMo was the assistant brewer on this.
