Notes

Idea to figure out a clone recipe for this great Fruit Ale since not everyone can live in Wisconsin! “…Serendipity is composed of equal parts cherries and apples, with slightly less cranberry added (as the berry has such a strong flavor). The beer finishes around 4% ABV” - See more at: http://isthmus.com/food-drink/beer/beer-here-serendipity-from-new-glarus-brewing/#sthash.9lSvuhfi.dpuf Primary Fermentation is with Neutral Ale yeast, and secondary is in keg with lactobacillus ***Edit: 6/29/17: Fruit is added after primary fermentation. Rack the finished beer onto the fruit. Pitch Lactobacillus starter culture at the same time when racking onto the fruit. Ferment another 10-14 days.

Just wondering, do you add the 'fruit' during the boil or???. And the cranberries, 1 day before kegging in secondary?..
