Taste Notes

Nakon kuhanja: Blage gorčine, moglo bi bit dobro kad bude gotovo. Nakon fermentacije (16.04.2016): Suh, taninski mouthfeel. Slatkastog i punog okusa. Osjeća se kiseli aftertaste. Moguća infekcija lactobakterijom. 3 dana nakon flaširanja: Kada se boca otvori osjeti se miris kiselog sira / povraćevine. Okus je pun, kiselina je manje izražena. Suhoća se više ne osjeća. I dalje slatkasto. 5 dana nakon flaširanja: Miris povraćevine je slabiji, vraća se normalni pivski miris. Kiselina je skoro sva iščezla. Okus pun i slatkast.

Pretočeno na lager fazu 26.03.2016. Diacetyl rest na 20C do 29.03.2016. Flaširati 16.04.2016
