Taste Notes

Frun som älskar barley wine sa att det var den bästa hon smakat. Den köldgrumlade så protofloc i nästa gång. Nästa smakprov blir i maj. Kolsyrade på fat. Special B känns inte alls efter en månad.

Notes

Totalt 7.5 liter vört. FG 1097. Efter tre dagar adderades 7gr socker per liter(50g). Jäste ut till 1025(1029 utan socker).
