Notes

modeled after this recipe: http://byo.com/hops/item/2007-american-wheat-style-profile But modified with all Amarillo hops, and 2 ozs, 1oz at 60, and 1 oz at 0 and allowed to circulate through chiller coil and steep for 20 minutes. Used water measurements from grainfather, but after sparging was at 7.5 gallons and 6.7 brix pre boil. decided to boil down first, boiled for 75 minutes before 90 minute recipe boil. Forgot to record post boil brix? idk think it was 10 fermented 1.5 weeks tested at 5 brix
