Notes

Brew day went really well. Mash temp 151. Very clean mashout color. Boil just over an hour. Hops clogged plate chiller and took a while longer than expected. Pitched two yeasts. A 01 and 2 037 both in 1L starters. 01 was going well next morning and 37 still sleeping.
