Brukte Weyerman Pale Ale Malz (Tysk)Mash 66*C i 90 min. 26 L vann/77*C. Sparge 12L vann/77*C i 10 min. 29 L, Preboil gravity 1.050. Kokte i 90 min ned til 23 L. Nedkjøling til 20*C tok ca 30 min. OG: 1,07. Oxygen i 1 min før rehydrert gjær. Tappet om på ny glassballong 29.2 og tilsatte dry hops. Gravity målt til 1,011.
