Bittering: Nugget (very very small amount)
Whirlpool: 50% Crystal, 25% Azzaca, 25% Centennial…total in whirlpool >90% of the hops used in the boil
Dry Hop: Cascade, Citra, Simcoe, Galaxy, Mandarina Bavaria, Chinook, tangerine peel The largest portions are Cascade and Citra
Fermaid O added at 12 hours and 2 days later at 1.040SG - yeast regimen helped attenuate to 80%
Citrus lust
by JoemamastatzThis was my 2nd IPA brewed and by far better than the first. I used an orange peel instead of the tangerine and it worked just fine. Nice citrus taste. MY girlfriend loves it. I will definitely brew again.
